We cannot let anyone into your apartment without your written authorization.
What if I have a maintenance emergency and the office is closed?
all the rental office number and the voicemail system will instruct you on who to call if you need emergency maintenance. Emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What is the late fee on rent?
Any rent payments paid after the third day of each month will incur a late fee equal to 8 percent of unpaid rent.
When is rent due?
